I’m Meggan, a wife and mom living with MS, navigating the highs and lows of life while embracing the challenges this condition presents. After being diagnosed with MS, I realised my journey wasn’t just about managing symptoms—it was about reclaiming my life with purpose, positivity, and the right tools for self-care. Through my own experience, I discovered the power of wellness—nutrition, mindset, and daily habits—and how these elements can support not only the body but also the mind and spirit.
